はじめに
マクロを設定してショートカットに割り当てたんだけどキーが実行されなかったので調べました
マクロでできることはプラグインに頼らないほうが良さそうだと思ったので。こちらの記事を参考。

解決法
Settings >> Editor >> Vim Emulation
対象のShourtcutのHandlerをIDEにする。
VIMになっていると駄目。
