PyCharm でvenv を作成します。ここまでは良かったんだけどbash立ち上げても入らない
なぜだ
外部からシェルでpip3経由してtensorflow ぶち込むと動きます
例えば
˜/tensorflow/venv/
にvenvを作った場合
source ˜/tensorflow/venv/bin/activate
pip3 install tensorflow
はいおしまい。簡単でした
