ターミナルを起動して、次のコマンドを実行してください。
$ defaults write com.apple.screencapture disable-shadow -bool true
これだけで、スクリーンショットを撮影する際、影が付かなくなります。
ちなみに、元に戻すには、次のコマンドを実行すれば良いようです。
$ defaults write com.apple.screencapture disable-shadow -bool false
