サブモジュールの削除

e.g. "Plugin/Upload"というサブモジュールの場合

$ git config --remove-section submodule."Plugin/Upload"
$ git config --file .gitmodules --remove-section submodule."Plugin/Upload"
$ git rm --cached Plugin/Upload
$ rm -rf Plugin/Upload
