tomcatを80番ポートで起動しようとすると権限エラーになる。
これは1024番以下がルート権限でしか使えないから。
iptableを設定することで8080番ポートで動かしているtomcatを80番で公開することが可能
iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -p tcp --dport 80 -j REDIRECT --to-port 8080
