GitHub Desktopでpushができなくなった

GitHub Desktop(version:1.2.6)でpushをしようとすると以下のエラーが出るようになってしまいました。

fatal: unable to access '(github repo url)': schannel: failed to open CA file '(AppData path to) 1.2.6/resources/app/git/mingw64/bin/curl-ca-bundle.crt': No such file or directory

対処法

C:\Programdata\Git\configの[http]の部分を修正します。

  • powershellを管理者権限で起動し、configを編集します。
PS C:\> ISE \Programdata\Git\config
config
[core]
        symlinks = false
        autocrlf = true
        fscache = true
[color]
        diff = auto
        status = auto
        branch = auto
        interactive = true
[pack]
[help]
        format = html
[http]
        sslCAinfo = /bin/curl-ca-bundle.crt
[sendemail]
        smtpserver = /bin/msmtp.exe

[diff "astextplain"]
        textconv = astextplain
[rebase]
        autosquash = true
  • [http]の部分
[http]
        sslCAinfo = /bin/curl-ca-bundle.crt
  • ここを以下のように修正します。
[http]
        sslCAInfo = C:/Program Files/Git/mingw64/ssl/certs/ca-bundle.crt

これでpushが可能になります。
