今Sublime Text2（Ver2.0.2）を落としてきてVintage Modeを有効にしようとしたらできなかった。
Setting - Defaultのignored packagesは外したのになー。
なんでだろうなーって思って色々見てたら、どうやらSetting - Userにも
"ignored_packages": ["Vintage"]が記述されてる模様。
"Vintage"の記述を削除してあげて無事に動くなるようになりましたとさ。
