【R】glmの結果の表をcsvで出力する

はじめに

Rで分析した結果をcsvで吐き出せたらそのあと何かと楽だな~と思ったので作りました。
Rさん気が利かねーなーと思ってたので私が気を利かせたぞ。

summary_table.r
summary_table <- function(result){

  tbl <- as.data.frame(summary(result)[[12]])
  tbl <- tbl[2:nrow(tbl), ]
  colnames(tbl) <- c("Estimate", "SE", "z-value", "p-value")
  write.csv(tbl, "result.csv")

  return(summary(result))

}

使い方はsummary(result)の代わりに使うだけ。

おわりに

今回私がやったのがglmだったのでz-valueになってるけど、これモノによってt-valueとか使い分けられたら便利だなと思います。今後改良していきます、多分ね。
