暖気申請(Pre-warming)を実施するには、各AZに1台以上のHealthyなインスタンスが配備されている必要がある

そのため、ELBのみを建てて暖気申請(Pre-warming)をして、コスト節約することはできない。

(AZに1台ずつだけ建ててコスト節約は可能)
