DTEXECを/Confオプション指定で実行しても設定が読み込まれない場合があったのでメモ。
What we noticed was it first looks for the config filed defined in the package. if it finds that, it tries to use it. If not, it uses the one provided at the runtime through CONFIG parameter.
SSISのDTSXファイルは、DTSXに記述のdtsconfigファイルが存在しない場合、/Confオプションで指定したdtsconfigファイルを使用する。
逆に言えば、DTSXに記述のdtsconfigファイルが存在する場合、/Confオプションで指定してもその設定は読み込まれない。
