chownはファイルやディレクトリの所有権を変更するコマンド
$chown user_1 file_1
は
file_1の所有権をuser_1に変更する。
-Rのオプションで
指定したディレクトリ以下のディレクトリすべて所有権を変更する
（でいいのかな？）
