ラズベリーパイ3 Bでリモートデスクトップを接続するには以下のやり方が簡単でした。
tightvncserverをインストールするやり方もありましたが、こっちのが楽です。
ラズベリーパイ側でインストール
sudo apt-get install realvnc-vnc-server
ビューアインストールしてIPを設定して実行
https://www.realvnc.com/en/connect/download/viewer/
