Atom で Remote-FTP をインストールしたけれど、config file が作成されず悶絶していたら
FTPパッケージ「Remote-FTP」で動作不良が発生！Atomパッケージがオカシイ場合の対処方法

おそらく Remote-FTP以外でもトラブルが起きた時に解決する可能性が高そうなのでメモ。
- command + shift + P
- Incompatible Packages
- Rebuild Packages
で使えるようになりました。
