xcodeが予期しない理由で終了しました

「xcodeが予期しない理由で終了しました」と出て xcode が開けない

大量のログやステータスらしきものが吐かれるけど、なにがエラーメッセージでどうなっているのかさっぱりわからない。

ググっていろいろ試してみた結果、下記ファイルを削除すると開けるようになった。
何が原因でこうなったのか、知りたい・・・。

プロジェクト名.xcodeproj/project.xcworkspace/xcuserdata/ユーザー名.xcuserdatad/UserInterfaceState.xcuserstate
