Visual Studioでデバッグ開始時に上記のエラーが発生する場合の対処方法。
プロジェクトのプロパティを確認したところ、"作業ディレクトリ" の値が "\$(ProjectDir)" のようにダブルクォーテーションで囲まれている場合に発生する。これを、デフォルトの \$(ProjectDir) に戻したところ発生しない。
