WindowsのRails(ExecJs)でTypeError

ExecJsとcoffee-script-sourceの仕様が変わったことにより、TypeErrorが出るようになっているようだ。
※ runtimes.rbを編集してもinvalid byte sequence in UTF-8という別のエラーになる
ExecJsの2系とcoffee-script-sourceの1.9の組み合わせがだめみたい。
以下で一時的に対処可能。

Gemfile
gem 'execjs', '~> 1.4.0'
gem 'coffee-script-source', '~> 1.8.0'
