Hanami(旧Lotus)でパスワードやポート等を指定してデータベースに接続する

情報がなかったのでメモ。
HanamiのModelはSequelのconnectメソッドを利用してデータベースに接続している。
そのため、.envなどのファイルのAPP_NAME_DATABASE_URLにpostgres://user:password@hostname:port/database_nameやmysql://user:password@hostname:port/database_nameと書くことでユーザー・パスワード・ポート等を指定して接続できる。
