mklink /d "リンク名" "リンク先の実体ファイル"
/dはディレクトリの意。
ln -sとは引数指定が真逆なので注意。
あと、こっちは-sとか付けなくてもデフォでシンボリックリンク作ってくれる。
同じドライブ内ならハードリンクのほうが便利なこともあるけどそういう時は/hでおｋ。
