localhost の データを削除する場合

chrome://settings/cookies/detail?site=localhost&search=site+data

GoogleChromeのアドレスバーに上記のURLを入力する

ここで削除したいデータのバツボタンを押していけば削除できる
たまに画面リロードしないと削除ボタンが効かないことがある
