- heroku にログインし、ダッシュボードをへアクセス
- アプリを選択
- 画面右上のMOREをクリック
- メニュー内のRun consoleをクリック
5.画面下に表示されるフォームにconsoleと入力し Run ボタンをクリック
6.rails consoleが起動するので後は使うだけ
