Excelが「動作を停止しました」となる。
再現手順
- ファイルを開く
- カーソルキーを押す
対処 (根本解決ではない)
- ファイルを開く
- 別シートに移動する
- 該当シートに戻る

Excel randomly freezes the cell so I can't move it, but if I switch to another workbook and switch back, it works again.

and all of a sudden your keyboard input is seemingly ignored. Clicking over to a new tab (or creating a new tab if one doesn't exist) and then clicking back to the original tab does seem to restore cursor key functionality but that is a work around and not a resolution.
やりとりでは根本解決は見つかっていないようだ。

- オンライン修復
- プリンタドライバの標準設定変更
同じファイルを別のPC上で開くと問題は起きない。
Office 2016になってから不安定になったという情報は散見している。
