SmartGitでgit commit --amendに相当する操作を行うには。
- Journalペインにて直前のコミット上で右クリック
- Edit Commit Message...を選択
- 開いたウィンドウでメッセージの変更、保存
直前だけでなく、Pushしていないコミットのメッセージは変更できるのかもしれない (未確認)。
