READMEがないなどの状態でnpm installすると、警告が出力されます。
OSSの場合には警告が出ないようにしたほうが良いのですが、privateなプロジェクトの場合は特に必要ないことも多いです。
そんなときには、package.jsonに"private": trueとすると、警告が出力されなくなります。
