1.Xcode→Preferences→AppleIDの登録
2.GeneralのIdentity→Bundle Identifierの[com.exsample.アプリ名]を[メールアドレス(@前まで).アプリ名]に変更
3.GeneralのSigning→Teamを自分のAppleIDのアカウントに変更
4.GeneralのDeployment Info→Deployment Targetを実機のバージョンに合わせる
