[Watson] Dialog Serviceの廃止について

Dialog Serviceの公式ドキュメントによると、

  • 新規インスタンスの作成受付停止： 2016年9月8日から
  • 既存インスタンスのサービス提供： 2017年8月9日まで

だそうです。

代替サービスとしてConversation Serviceへの移行がアナウンスされています。
