コマンドプロンプトで、
chcp
と入力して[Enter]キーを押す
932と表示されたら、文字コードは、Shift-JISに設定されている

文字コードをUTF8に設定する場合
chcp 65001
と入力して[Enter]キーを押す
コマンドプロンプトを終了して、再度起動すると、文字コードは、Shift-JISに戻る
