新しい環境でCygwinがあったのでgithubから.vimrcをひっぱてっきて、NeoBundleInstallすると、vimproc関連の大量のエラーで画面が真っ赤に・・・
原因はCygwinにmakeとgccが入っておらず、vimprocのmakeができていないためだった
