TAP::Formatter::JUnitをなんとかすれば良さそうだけど、
難しそうなので、以下のスクリプトで変換することにした。
perl -i -ple 's/\[\\x([a-f0-9]{2})\]/pack("H*", $1)/egx' result.xml
