ファイアウォールルールで接続元のIPを絞ってると、対象のインスタンスへStackdriverのUptime Checkが通らなくて悲しい気持になります。
そしてIPアドレスのリストどっかにないかと思って探した結果、ここにありました。（まあ教えてもらったんですが）
StackdriverからAlerting->Uptime ChecksでAdd Uptime Checksの…をクリックすると、接続元IPをテキストファイルで取得できます。
