Useful Excel hotkeys for table editing:

  • Alt-Enter Insert line break in a cell
  • Ctrl-"-" Delete row
  • Ctrl-Shift-"+" Insert row
  • Ctrl-Z Undo
  • Ctrl-Y Redo
  • Ctrl-; Insert current date
  • Alt-Down Arrow Select from list (if possible)
  • To add row just type a value below the table
