1.13からはsystemコマンドがサポートされています。

$ docker system prune --help

Usage:  docker system prune [OPTIONS]

Remove unused data

Options:
  -a, --all     Remove all unused images not just dangling ones
  -f, --force   Do not prompt for confirmation
      --help    Print usage
