purgeというコマンドがあります。しかし、そのままではパスワード入力が必要です。ということで、/etc/sudoersを編集しましょう。visudoで編集したほうが安全です。
/etc/sudoers
%admin ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD: /usr/sbin/purge
これで、メモリ解放も一発ですね。
