追記：ただプロジェクトクリーンをすれば良かった。。。
ic_launcher.pngを書き換えているのアイコンが変わってくれない事がありました。
Eclipseで開発している場合、bin内のcrunchフォルダを削除してビルドし直すことで反映されます。
