ShiftJIS

  • ASCII 文字はそのまま1バイトで表現
  • ASCII以外は2バイト単位になっている。
  • 8??? という値の繰り返しが多い。

UTF-8

  • ASCII 文字はそのまま1バイトで表現
  • １文字が 1バイト 〜 3バイト 単位（可変）で構成される。
  • ひらがな、カタカナが　e380?? 〜 e383?? あたりのバイト列になっている。
