echoの-nが重要。もしくは-eを使って次のようにしてもOK
echo -e "ユーザー名:アクセストークン\c" | base64
jspm registry config githubしてexportする方法だと対話型で一発で生成出来ないし、いちいち~/.jspm/configが書き換えられて面倒だった。
