NotificationServiceListener周りの調査

Overview

• Notificationの通知、削除を知ることができる
• Added in API level 18（JBMR2)
• 使うときはSettings > Sound&notification > Notification accessからアプリを有効にする必要あり（Mで確認。OSのバージョンによってこの設定までのパスが違うかも）
• 上記でEnableにすればSystemから勝手に呼ばれるので自分でServiceをStartする必要なし。
