Sublime Text 2 で拡張子とファイルの種類を関連づける

ウィンドウ右下のファイルタイプをクリック。（不明なものだと "Plain Text" となっています。）
"Open all with current extension as…" の中から、関連づけたいファイルの種類をクリック。
これで OK。

（ShaderLanguages パッケージを入れても Introducing CSS shaders: Cinematic effects for the web で CSS custom filter に使われてる vs や fs がハイライトされなかったので。GLSL の拡張子は vert や frag が普通らしいです。）
