Stretcher v0.8.0 でダウンロードのリトライオプションを追加しました

Stretcher v0.8.0 で以下のオプションが追加され、アーカイブのダウンロード処理をリトライできるようになりました。

  • -retry srcアーカイブのダウンロードリトライ回数 (default 0)
  • -retry-wait リトライ間隔(秒 default 3)
