いつもheight: 100%が効かない。
使いたいときたまにあるけど、そういうときに限って効かないってあると思います。
とりあえず親の要素にheightが指定されているかが重要。
親要素にheightがないと一切仕事をしてくれないので、そういうときは親要素にheightを設定しよう
