seed.rbでCan't mass-assign protected attributesが出た場合の回避方法

seed.rbでマスターデータを挿入する場合に一時的にmass-assign protectionのかかってるカラムにもデータを入れたい場合がある。
しかし、そのままデータを登録しようとするとタイトルのエラーが出るようなので、これを回避する方法。 without_protectionをtrueにする

ex)idが保護されたカラムの場合

regist_data = { :id => 1, :name => 'hoge' }
Model.create( regist_data, without_protection: true)
