URLのRewriteを設定しないと動かなかった。トップページが表示されるけど、その下は"No input file specified."と表示されて真っ白になってしまう。

以下にJoomlaをインストール。
.htaccss
RewriteBase /site/
に設定。
Joomla!の管理画面から「URLリライトの使用」を「はい」にして完了。
これでサイトのページにアクセスできるようになった。
