Chainer + anaconda2で実行時にfatalエラー

環境

windows10 64bit
anaconda2(python2.7.11)
chainer 1.10.0

やったこと

githubからchainerのリリースverをダウンロード
python setup.py installでchainerをインストール
例としてmnistを実行したら以下のエラーが発生（pythonが屍になった）
