innodb_log_file_size を変えたら ib_logfile* の削除が必要

MySQL 5.6.7 以前において、my.cnf で innodb_log_file_size を追加ないしは変更した際には、/var/lib/mysql/ib_logfile* を削除しないと、

InnoDB: Error: log file ib_logfile0 is of different size 0 5242880 bytes

というようなエラーメッセージが出て、MySQL が起動しません。

削除の際は、データ破損などの危険があるため、このページの "InnoDB ログファイルの数またはサイズの変更、および InnoDB テーブルスペースのサイズの変更" セクションの手順に従って削除を行って下さい。
