下記手順で直った。
[1] Android Debug Monitorを起動
[2] File Explorerから下記ファイルを探し出して削除

sdcard/{appid}/deploy.json
-
Galaxy S3だと/storage/sdcard0/{appid}/deploy.jsだった
[3] アプリを起動
