~/.config/fcitx/config
の中にある以下の2つの項目を編集
ActivateKey=CTRL_SPACE
InactivateKey=ESCAPE CTRL_[
これにより以下のようなホットキーでfcitxのon/offができる
fcitx on: Ctrl-space
fcitx off: Escape もしくは Ctrl-[
