あなたのdllはマルチコアを活かせるdllですか?

「PythonはC++よりどれくらい遅いのか」ということを気にするOpenCVユーザーは、使っているDLLやcv2.pydのビルドの中身を気にしよう。マルチコアのCPUを使っているのに、使っているdllの中身がそれを活かせないdllになっていることはありませんか?
