gccに存在しないはずのオプションを入れてエラーが出る
まずebuild unpackして
ebuild compileしてエラーを確認
portageのtmpのworkディレクトリに移動して
./configure
./imsettings/Makefile の 509行目を削除
これでビルドできるし,少なくとも自分のKDE環境だと動く
