リストボックスの選択肢を作るためのオプションに :prompt と :include_blank があるが、両者は次の点で異なる。
- prompt - 検証エラー画面では表示されない（おそらく、選択されたらもう用はない、選択されていない状態に戻す必要はないということだろう）
- include_blank - true だけでなく文字列も指定できる。こちらは選択された後も消えず、いつでも選択できる。
