mod_rewriteがうまく動かない時があります。
なぜ動かないのか、ログを見るのが一番。
mod_rewriteのログを書き出す方法です。
httpd.conf
RewriteLog "/tmp/rewrite.log"
RewriteLogLevel 9
ログがガンガン溜まるので問題が解決したら削除したほうがよいかもしれないですね。
