Windows + Rubyでuse of REX.w is meaninglessが起きる

Windows10で、RubyInstallerを使ってRubyをインストールすると、
Rubyコマンド実行時に　[0x7FFA6AFB70E3] ANOMALY: use of REX.w is meaningless (default operand size is 64)　が起きた。

ウイルスバスターの監視対象から、C:\Ruby23-x64を外す。
